Downtown Waterbury restaurant House of Goats (23 Scovill Street) is providing free breakfast (pancakes, bacon, eggs, breakfast potatoes, and more!) for the homeless 9 a.m. to noon on Thanksgiving Day and giving away free winter hats, gloves, and other winter related accessories to anyone who needs them.
