Manchester home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Manchester fell by $5,250 while total sales decreased by 26.5%.

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in West Hartford fell by $15,500 while total sales decreased by 36.2%.

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Waterbury in New Haven County fell by $7,650 while total sales increased by 26.7%.

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Trumbull rose by $67,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 28 homes sold.

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Easton fell by $29,000 while total sales increased by 120%.
