The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Manchester rose by $6,875 while total sales decreased by 19.1%.

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Waterbury in New Haven County rose by $4,000 while total sales decreased by 5.3%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Trumbull fell by $3,000 while total sales decreased by 12.7%.

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in West Hartford rose by $10,500 while total sales decreased by 31.1%.

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Manchester rose by $11,000 while total sales decreased by 25%.
