The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Glastonbury fell by $15,500 while total sales decreased by 56.3%.

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Manchester fell by $5,000 while total sales increased by 20%.

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Stratford rose by $43,100 while total sales decreased by 17.1%.

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Waterbury in New Haven County fell by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 10.3%.

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Trumbull rose by $45,000 while total sales increased by 4.3%.

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Easton rose by $39,500 while total sales decreased by 58.3%.

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Westport rose by $250,000 while total sales decreased by 18.2%.
