The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Trumbull fell by $77,000 while total sales decreased by 6.7%.

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Easton rose by $60,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold.

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in West Hartford fell by $35,500 while total sales increased by 38.1%.

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Stratford rose by $30,000 while total sales increased by 8.1%.

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Waterbury in New Haven County rose by $10,650 while total sales decreased by 15.5%.

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Westport fell by $207,500 while total sales increased by 8%.
