-------
A bit about Alexa: What you see in me, is a reflection of yourself. Ever since I was a young girl I felt a bit out of place. With the exception of my close friends, I was generally intimidated by others my own age. I allowed my inferior ego to steer my life. As I grew older, fear created challenges around mindful eating, healthy relationships, use of alcohol and other substances, partying, entitlement, jealousy, people pleasing, OCD tendencies, anxiety and many other fear based patterns. After college, I began a career in marketing at a corporation. I set off on this path because I believed that business success was the secret to achieving, "the dream".
