A bill (H.R. 1651) to amend the CARES Act to extend the sunset for the definition of a small business debtor, and for other purposes.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
Mr. MURPHY. I further ask that the Durbin amendment at the desk be considered and agreed to; that the bill, as amended, be considered read three times and passed; and that the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table with no intervening action or debate.
