Glastonbury home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Glastonbury rose by $2,550 while total sales decreased by 12.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 205 homes sold, with a median sale price of $283,550 - a 0.9% increase over the $281,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 235 homes sold in Glastonbury in the first half of 2016.
