The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Trumbull fell by $20,000 while total sales increased by 34.5%.

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Easton fell by $180,500 while total sales increased by 30%.

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Manchester rose by $9,530 while total sales increased by 42.6%.

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Waterbury in New Haven County rose by $17,475 while total sales increased by 27.7%.

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in West Hartford rose by $32,500 while total sales decreased by 12%.
