The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Manchester rose by $6,450 while total sales decreased by 3.6%.

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Waterbury in New Haven County fell by $4,776 while total sales increased by 51.3%.

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Westport rose by $1,500 while total sales increased by 29.4%.

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Trumbull rose by $37,000 while total sales increased by 2.5%.

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Stratford rose by $31,500 while total sales increased by 15.7%.

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Glastonbury fell by $14,000 while total sales increased by 7.7%.

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in West Hartford rose by $28,500 while total sales increased by 5.3%.
