Glastonbury home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Glastonbury rose by $2,550 while total sales decreased by 12.8%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Stratford rose by $17,000 while total sales increased by 3.9%.

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Trumbull rose by $750 while total sales decreased by 28.6%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Easton was unchanged while total sales increased by 20.7%.
