The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Trumbull fell by $33,000 while total sales increased by 110.8%.

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Stratford rose by $1,750 while total sales decreased by 12.1%.

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Manchester rose by $11,750 while total sales decreased by 2.8%.

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Easton fell by $95,150 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold.

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Glastonbury rose by $33,525 while total sales decreased by 22.2%.

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in West Hartford fell by $11,500 while total sales increased by 15.4%.

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Waterbury in New Haven County rose by $26,521 while total sales increased by 13.4%.
