Easton home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Easton rose by $37,000 while total sales decreased by 12.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $599,000 - a 6.6% increase over the $562,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Easton in the second quarter of 2018.
