The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Westport fell by $31,980 while total sales increased by 1%, according to BlockShopper.com.
From January through June of 2017, there were 195 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,140,000 – a 2.7% decrease over the $1,171,980 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 193 homes sold in Westport in the first half of 2016.
