The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Westport fell by $42,000 while total sales increased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.
In August 2017, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,058,000 – a 3.8% decrease over the $1,100,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Westport in August 2016.
