The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in West Hartford rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 4%, according to BlockShopper.com.
From July through December of 2018, there were 486 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 – a 5.1% increase over the $295,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 506 homes sold in West Hartford in the second half of 2017.
