The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in West Hartford rose by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.
From October through December of 2018, there were 208 homes sold, with a median sale price of $282,500 – a 2.7% increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 222 homes sold in West Hartford in the fourth quarter of 2017.
