The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in West Hartford rose by $28,500 while total sales increased by 5.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.
In May 2017, there were 99 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 – a 9.6% increase over the $296,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 94 homes sold in West Hartford in May 2016.
