The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in West Hartford rose by $13,000 while total sales increased by 5.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.
In July 2018, there were 119 homes sold, with a median sale price of $355,000 – a 3.8% increase over the $342,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 113 homes sold in West Hartford in July 2017.
