The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in West Hartford rose by $10,500 while total sales decreased by 3%, according to BlockShopper.com.
In August 2018, there were 97 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 – a 3.3% increase over the $314,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 100 homes sold in West Hartford in August 2017.
