The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in West Hartford rose by $24,500 while total sales decreased by 7.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.
In August 2017, there were 100 homes sold, with a median sale price of $314,500 – a 8.4% increase over the $290,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 108 homes sold in West Hartford in August 2016.
