The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in West Hartford fell by $13,500 while total sales increased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.
From January through March of 2019, there were 144 homes sold, with a median sale price of $278,000 – a 4.6% decrease over the $291,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 117 homes sold in West Hartford in the first quarter of 2018.
