The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in West Hartford fell by $500 while total sales decreased by 19.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.
From January through June of 2018, there were 382 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 – a 0.2% decrease over the $300,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 472 homes sold in West Hartford in the first half of 2017.
