The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in West Hartford fell by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 27.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.
In October 2018, there were 65 homes sold, with a median sale price of $288,500 – a 0.9% decrease over the $291,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 90 homes sold in West Hartford in October 2017.
