The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in West Hartford fell by $60,000 while total sales increased by 41.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.
In February 2019, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 – a 19% decrease over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in West Hartford in February 2018.
