The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Waterbury in New Haven County rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 1.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 293 homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 – a 17.6% increase over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 298 homes sold in Waterbury in the third quarter of 2016.
