The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Waterbury in New Haven County rose by $25,000 while total sales increased by 5.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 333 homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 – a 31.3% increase over the $80,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 315 homes sold in Waterbury in the second quarter of 2017.
