Waterbury (New Haven County) home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Waterbury in New Haven County rose by $8,350 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 162 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,250 – a 7.1% increase over the $116,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 567 homes sold in Waterbury in the first half of 2019.
