The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Waterbury in New Haven County rose by $17,000 while total sales increased by 4.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 572 homes sold, with a median sale price of $97,000 – a 21.3% increase over the $80,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 547 homes sold in Waterbury in the first half of 2017.
