The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Waterbury in New Haven County rose by $10,000 while total sales increased by 20.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 112 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 – a 9.1% increase over the $110,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 93 homes sold in Waterbury in October 2017.
