The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Waterbury in New Haven County rose by $3,750 while total sales increased by 36.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.
In May 2019, there were 142 homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,500 – a 3.5% increase over the $106,751 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 104 homes sold in Waterbury in May 2018.
