The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Waterbury in New Haven County rose by $500 while total sales decreased by 76%, according to BlockShopper.com.
In June 2020, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 – a 0.4% increase over the $129,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 96 homes sold in Waterbury in June 2019.
