The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Waterbury in New Haven County rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 75.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.
In July 2020, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 – a 3.7% increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 128 homes sold in Waterbury in July 2019.
