The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Waterbury in New Haven County rose by $7,600 while total sales decreased by 2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 96 homes sold, with a median sale price of $108,100 – a 7.6% increase over the $100,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 98 homes sold in Waterbury in December 2017.
