The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Waterbury in New Haven County rose by $17,750 while total sales increased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 128 homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 – a 18.3% increase over the $97,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 120 homes sold in Waterbury in August 2017.
