The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Waterbury in New Haven County rose by $17,475 while total sales increased by 27.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.
In April 2018, there were 106 homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,475 – a 23.3% increase over the $75,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 83 homes sold in Waterbury in April 2017.
