The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Waterbury in New Haven County rose by $21,877 while total sales increased by 0.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.
From January through December of 2019, there were 1,208 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 – a 21.2% increase over the $103,123 median sale price for the previous year. There were 1,205 homes sold in Waterbury in 2018.
