The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Waterbury in New Haven County rose by $11,500 while total sales increased by 11.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.
From January through December of 2017, there were 1,144 homes sold, with a median sale price of $91,500 – a 14.4% increase over the $80,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 1,024 homes sold in Waterbury in 2016.
