The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Waterbury in New Haven County fell by $7,650 while total sales increased by 26.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 76 homes sold, with a median sale price of $73,000 – a 9.5% decrease over the $80,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Waterbury in January 2017.
