Trumbull home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Trumbull rose by $28,500 while total sales decreased by 26.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 120 homes sold, with a median sale price of $373,500 – a 8.3% increase over the $345,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 164 homes sold in Trumbull in the second quarter of 2016.
