The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Stratford rose by $17,000 while total sales increased by 3.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.
From January through June of 2017, there were 290 homes sold, with a median sale price of $237,000 – a 7.7% increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 279 homes sold in Stratford in the first half of 2016.
