The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in New London fell by $25,100 while total sales decreased by 46.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.
In August 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,900 – a 14.3% decrease over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in New London in August 2016.
