The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Manchester rose by $6,875 while total sales decreased by 19.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.
From January through March of 2018, there were 106 homes sold, with a median sale price of $164,375 – a 4.4% increase over the $157,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 131 homes sold in Manchester in the first quarter of 2017.
