The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Manchester rose by $9,900 while total sales decreased by 26.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.
In June 2018, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $179,900 – a 5.8% increase over the $170,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 83 homes sold in Manchester in June 2017.
