Manchester home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Manchester rose by $22,970 while total sales decreased by 2.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,470 – a 15.6% increase over the $147,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Manchester in April 2016.
