The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Manchester fell by $2,625 while total sales decreased by 5.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.
From October through December of 2017, there were 172 homes sold, with a median sale price of $166,250 – a 1.6% decrease over the $168,875 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 182 homes sold in Manchester in the fourth quarter of 2016.
