The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Manchester fell by $3,700 while total sales increased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.
In August 2017, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,500 – a 2.2% decrease over the $166,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Manchester in August 2016.
