The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Glastonbury fell by $14,000 while total sales increased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.
In May 2017, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $299,500 – a 4.5% decrease over the $313,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Glastonbury in May 2016.
