The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Easton rose by $77,500 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.
From July through September of 2018, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $595,000 – a 15% increase over the $517,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Easton in the third quarter of 2017.
