The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Easton rose by $88,095 while total sales increased by 29.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.
From October through December of 2018, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $605,000 – a 17% increase over the $516,905 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Easton in the fourth quarter of 2017.
